Presence Driven Life phase 3 is Building a team

Hosea 11:4 (Amplified Bible) 4I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love, and I was to them as one who lifts up and eases the yoke over their cheeks, and I bent down to them and gently laid food before them

I am asking you to make an appoint with someone (team) to agree with you concerning the gifts and treasure in you. You will appoint with the team until you agree. Amos 3:3 (Amplified Bible) 3Do two walk together except they make an appointment and have agreed? You will find that person when their values match your values. The person will look like your dream. They will say  "Let us make" consult about it and concur in it. They will give a word of consultation.

You have completed 40 Days Presence Driven LIFE 2. A result of an encounter with God is a commission. he will begin to give you an assignment. However, your new assignment can not be accomplished without a team. The focus for Presence Driven Life phase 3 is Building a team. All of us are called to do something great. But we can't do it ourselves. We have to create a team to solve problems. God can't participate in your aspirations and conversation unless your conversation is about Him. Truth void of Him is death.

We are called to something great but we can't do it ourselves. Vincent Lombardi said The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual. Andrew Carnegie: Quotes on Teamwork: Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. Teamwork is ( Ghandi) discovering where people want to go and then taking them there. Leadership speaks of a team.

I encourage you to challenge and build your character. What you do may soon be forgotten. When you build your character you build your dream. Character is the fortitude that allows you to lead. What you are will outlast what people say you are.

You are not a victim. You are a victor. Where are you right now! You are at the place where your character has left you. Are you accomplished, troubled, frustrated, divorced, bankrupt, successful, lost. These are issues of character and priorities.

Here is a few thoughts that will take us through the Team building process for the  next 40 days.

  • Find your voice by clarifying personal values

  • Define core values

  • Align yourself with people who share your values

  • Choose small project victories in the beginning

  • Work as a leader

  • Leaders are constant learners

  • Develop Spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, personally

  • Challenge status quo

  • proactively change things

  • You need to change

  • Change Grow Improve

  • Build from scratch

  • inspire a shared vision

  • Model the way do what you're talking about

  • Find out your passion

  • What do you want people to say about you when you're gone

  • Fall Forward

Hosea 11:4 (Amplified Bible) 4I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love, and I was to them as one who lifts up and eases the yoke over their cheeks, and I bent down to them and gently laid food before them

BLEST BE THE TIE THAT BINDS

Blest be the tie that binds
Our hearts in Christian love;
The fellowship of kindred minds
Is like to that above.

Before our Father’s throne
We pour our ardent prayers;
Our fears, our hopes, our aims are one
Our comforts and our cares.

We share each other’s woes,
Our mutual burdens bear;
And often for each other flows
The sympathizing tear.

When we asunder part,
It gives us inward pain;
But we shall still be joined in heart,
And hope to meet again.

This glorious hope revives
Our courage by the way;
While each in expectation lives,
And longs to see the day.

From sorrow, toil and pain,
And sin, we shall be free,
And perfect love and friendship reign
Through all eternity.
