There are performers and then, there'sKeith "Wonderboy" Johnson. One of the most dynamic entertainers in music, Keith initially rose to the top of the charts in 1998 with his first hit, "Hide Behind The Mountain." "Send A Revival," lets us know that it doesn't matter whether you are facing the normal routines of life, or a crisis of life, Jesus is still to be kept first. Whether your life is filled with commotion or emotion, Jesus must be the priority. The poignant track "Somehow" is a testimony to the fact that He is the One who can see you through everything you face in life.

Keith Wonderboy Johnson For Keith Johnson, whose professional career includes two Gospel Truth Magazine Music Awards, two American Gospel Convention Awards, three #1 songs on multiple charts, six STELLAR Award nominations, and a successful run as an actor and singer in the plays P. M. S. and "What A Man Wants, What A Woman Needs," singing has been his joy.

A former member of the Harlem Boys Choir, Keith Johnson began singing at the age of five. It was at this age he received the nickname "Wonderboy" for displaying his impressive talent. Even at a young age, music was always about passion to Keith. As a youngster, growing up in New York City, he looked forward to the great concerts at the Apollo Theatre. Artists like Joe Ligon, Marvin Winans, John P. Kee, James Cleveland, Harvey Watkins, the Swanee Quintet and others played a key role in the development of Keith Johnson as an artist.

He is backed by The Spiritual Voices, whose members are Hezekiah Bethea, Dewan Wright, Ray Braswell Jr., and Tyrone Jackson. Keith Johnson is determined to make a global impact for Christ. While Keith is happy with the work he has done in the past, he is striving to chart new waters. "I want to do everything I possibly can to help move forwardthe work of Christ."

Known for incorporating top production skills, natural talent and high energy, Keith Johnson never compromises the message or the heritage of Quartet music. By melding the traditional Gospel quartet sound with jazz, R&B, rock and country influences, Johnson has opened the door for the next generation of Quartet artists and is affectionately known as the "new sound" in Quartet music.

With a blend of contemporary and traditional elements of gospel music, Keith Wonderboy Johnson and the Spiritual Voices are poised to take their message of hope, love and forgiveness to the masses in unprecedented fashion. The best is still yet to come!
