Read your Mentor- Readers are Leaders.

Legacy Your estate equities and liabilities may be disputed, transferred,  converted, squandered, cashed-in, and unequally distributed. Your children don't live in your time zone. They will not drive your 1940 automobile. 20 years from now the manufacturers will offer your children a "new" model. Most likely, your children will not inherit your employment. You can not pass your employment to your children. You can pass your business acumen. A good life gets passed on to the grandchildren; ill-gotten wealth ends up with good people.  A mentor has a letter of reference. A mentor has a letter and word that arrest your attention. A mentor has a  majuscule for reference.  A mentor has a majuscule letter-Word for your future. \MAJ-uh-skyool\   noun : a large letter (as a capital) Example sentence: I can always recognize my brother's handwriting at a quick glance based on how elaborately the majuscules are formed and how they dwarf the other letters. Did you know? "Majuscule" looks like the complement to "minuscule," and the resemblance is no coincidence Your protégé' doesn't live in your "time zone". In time, the protégé can learn, understand, inculcate, the ways of the mentor. You are a walking encyclopedia. Your protégé must choose to read your book of life. Life will bring painful correction unless you can read the book of Life. This is the way that God brings correction. When you read a persons encyclopedia you receive correction without the pain.  Experience is the best teacher. Your mentor is head and shoulders above Far superior to: head and shoulders above her colleagues in analytical capability. The shoulders and head are yoked. Wherever the head goes the shoulders will follow. The mentor is the head...not the tail. The mentor is the head...not the tale. The experiences in the mentors memory is his/her authority. Your mentor loves you too much to allow you to remain the same. Your protégé must stand on your shoulders. Your friends accept you the way you are. Your friends love you too much to bring correction. You know...they don't want to hurt your feelings.  Legacy: God sent His son. But He left His Book. Read your mentor. Readers are Leaders.  A book reading is learning the rules life without the pain. Choose Life!
