It will manifest in its strongest artistic form in the artistic capitals. Stop the hatin. New York City is still an artistic Diakonos Capital. I propose that when God wants to influence the artistic world, He does it through an artistic capital of the world. Heaven is the capital of Music. Satan-Lucifer was its chief musician. Since Satan was cast out heaven Satan been trying establish His Kingdom and capital. Satan's' Music capital government is a shadow Government.  But his influence is vast. The shift in black population between 1915 and 1930 certainly had a major impact on the development of jazz.
