Bobby Brown’s Sister Tina Brown Explains Whitney 'Betrayal'
BV News
Singer Bobby Brown's sister, Tina Brown, has admitted to selling a story and photos of sister-in-law Whitney’s 'crack den' to the National Enquirer.
The pictures show Whitney’s personal bathroom strewn with junk, including drug paraphernalia and a soda can.
Although the pics were rumored to have been sold for about $200,000, an amount she allegedly shared with brother Bobby, Brown tells Sister 2 Sister magazine that they didn’t sell for that much.
Brown also explains she did it with Houston’s best interest in mind. "She called me and she was like, 'You did it...' We started talking and she started crying and was like, 'Why did you do it?’”
Brown says she responded, “Nip (an abbreviation of Houston’s nickname ‘Nippy’), it's gonna help you, man. When you see it, read it. Read what you do."
She says Houston, who was spotted last winter at several Los Angeles and Atlanta area churches, has begun to clean up her act.
